Step 1 – Log In to Your TemplateMonster Account.
Step 2 – Once logged in, navigate to your Dashboard. Locate the Support tab or click on My Tickets in your account menu.
Step 3 – Select the Relevant Product.
Step 4 – Create a New Ticket.
Step 5 - After selecting the product, click the Create a Ticket
