If you are unable to handle your problems in this documentation, don’t hesitate to send us a support ticket at Template Monster. Each Product comes with 6 months of support and free updates for your Theme.

Once the 6 months support is up, you have the opportunity to extend support coverage up to 6 or 12 months further

• If you don't extend the support, you will still be able to submit bugs report via Ticket or item comments and still have access to our online documentation knowledge base and video tutorials.

How to Generate a Support Ticket on TemplateMonster

• Step 1 – Log In to Your TemplateMonster Account. https://www.templatemonster.com.

• Step 2 – Once logged in, navigate to your Dashboard. Locate the Support tab or click on My Tickets in your account menu.

• Step 3 – Select the Relevant Product.

• Step 4 – Create a New Ticket.

• Step 5 - After selecting the product, click the Create a Ticket
